Eifelfrische “ramsons & bruschetta” is a goat’s cream cheese and fully-made from goat’s milk. It is acidified with lactic acid and treated with natural rennet.
Herbs, which blend well with each other and highlight one another, give this cheese a Mediterranean note.
Eifelfrische “ramsons & bruschetta” tastes good with fresh bread, fruits, chutneys, nuts, but also with vegetables or dips. To this, you can drink apple juice, cider, semi-dry or dessert wine.
This cream cheese tastes best when consumed within 14 days and stored between 4 to 6 degree Celsius.
Eifelfrische “ramsons & bruschetta” is sold as a roll and in smaller amounts by our farm shop as well as by selected delicatessen and restaurants.
