Eifelmilde with mold is a goat’s soft cheese fully-made from goat’s milk, acidified with lactic acid and treated with natural rennet. The cheese’s refinement with mold causes its camembert-like ripening.

Eifelmilde with mold tastes excellent with fresh brown or white bread. To this, either a good white or red wine fits perfectly well.

For best taste, consume this cheese within 3 to 4 weeks after buying and store it between 12 to 14 degree Celsius.

Eifelmilde with mold is available in pieces of about 170 to 180 grams in our farm shop as well as in selected delicatessen and restaurants.

Eifelmilde with red smear is a goat’s soft cheese cultivated with red smear. It is fully-made from goat’s milk, acidified with lactic acid and treated with natural rennet. During the aging period, the cheese is cultivated with red smear.

Eifelmilde with red smear tastes excellent with fresh brown or white bread. To this, you can drink a potent Riesling. Our special tip: Heat the entire cheese in the oven and then enjoy it with a fresh beaguette.

For best taste, consume this cheese within 3 to 4 weeks after buying and store it between 12 to 14 degree Celsius.

Eifelmilde with red smear, pomace brandy & vine leaf

Eifelmilde with red smear, pomace brandy & vine leaf is a goat’s soft cheese cultivated with red smear. It is fully-made from goat’s milk, acidified with lactic acid and treated with natural rennet. The cheese’s fine note and its slight spicy flavour is caused by a smooth pomace brandy of Trittenheim vineyard Clüsserath-Weiler which we add in the last days of aging period. Thus, we turn Eifelmilde with red smear, pomace brandy & vine leaf into a unique delicacy.

Eifelmilde with herbs in oil is a goat’s soft cheese cultivated with Herbes de Provence and preserved in finest sunflower oil. It is fully-made from goat’s milk, acidified with lactic acid and treated with natural rennet.

Eifelmilde with herbs in oil tastes excellent with fresh brown or white bread, but also is a wonderful snack or can be used as a filler in lettuce or casserole. To this, a potent Riesling fits perfectly well.

For best taste, consume this cheese within 3 to 4 weeks after buying and store it between 12 to 14 degree Celsius.
