Eifelmilde with mold
Eifelmilde with mold is a goat’s soft cheese fully-made from goat’s milk, acidified with lactic acid and treated with natural rennet. The cheese’s refinement with mold causes its camembert-like ripening.
Eifelmilde with mold tastes excellent with fresh brown or white bread. To this, either a good white or red wine fits perfectly well.
For best taste, consume this cheese within 3 to 4 weeks after buying and store it between 12 to 14 degree Celsius.
Eifelmilde with mold is available in pieces of about 170 to 180 grams in our farm shop as well as in selected delicatessen and restaurants.
